Victoria University of Wellington is hosting one site of the South Pacific Region's ACM International Colleagiate Programming Contest for 2011.

Teams from anywhere in the North Island (and beyond) are welcome to come and compete.

The contest is being hosted in Cotton Building on the University's Kelburn Campus, and we'll be supporting Java 1.5 (via Eclipse, Netbeans and Emacs) and C++ (via g++ 4.1.3 and Emacs).

The provisional schedule for the day is:

12:30pm Briefing and familiarisation with the software / environment and a quick practice session (Cotton Building, CO246)

2:00pm Contest starts.

7:00pm Contest ends.

7:15pm Presentation to teams.
