I am interested in designing intelligent machines. More specifically I study human visual system (HVS), and work on developing artificial algorithms that would make a computer camera interact with the visual scene like the way humans do. This is a challenging work as how the human visual system works in not yet completely understood and vision/image processing is inherently a resource hungry process.
