Biography

Callum Neil is a PhD student in the area of Massive MIMO systems (Wireless Communications), a key technology for next generation wireless systems, under the supervision of Dr. Pawel Dmochowski, Prof. Mansoor Shafi and Prof. Peter Smith. In 2012 Callum received a BE(1st Class Honours) in Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering from VUW, New Zealand. From 2013-2016, Callum held a VUW Doctoral Scholarship. In 2014, Callum received recognition at the International Conference on Communications for a finalist in the best paper award in the Wireless Communications Symposium.
