Senfa is both a graphic and branding designer, and a UX designer. His research explores how design can address human factors in collaborative environments, particularly focusing on mitigating the effects of the Impostor Phenomenon in collaborations between UX designers and developers. His goal is to improve communication and teamwork through user-centred design approaches.
