Research Project Information

Prolonged hospitalisation or isolation period at home can negatively impact adolescents' psychological and social wellbeing, as they may become disconnected from their usual social networks. To mitigate this effect, we are currently testing the use of a Social VR system to support adolescents during prolonged hospital stays.
