Abstract
A Seminar by Dumont d'Urville NZ-France Science & Technology Catalyst Fund Programme: Victoria University of Wellington and Ecole Polytechnique will be hosted on Wednesday,18th December 2019 at Computational Media Innovation Centre (CMIC).
The Seminar will feature three Invited Speakers:
Dr. Tatiana Novikova, Group Director, Applied Optics and Polarimetry, Lab de Physique des Interfaces et des Couches Minces, Ecole Polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Palaiseau, France
Professor Mike Eccles, Developmental Genetics and Pathology Group, Department of Pathology, Dunedin School of Medicine, University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand
Professor Vladislav V. Yakovlev, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Texas A&M University, College Station, USA
Several cutting-edge optical techniques will be presented and discussed, including multimodal hyper-spectral/polarized imaging for material/biological properties acquisition and their practical applications will be outlined.
