The purpose of the position is to provide a customer focussed information service to clients, and specifically to ensure that new resources are acquired and catalogued for user-friendly resource discovery. The position holder will also support students from the Ako Ātea Help desk, by providing library, learning and technology support, along with contributing to general Ako Ātea operations such as library circulation and shelving. If you have a degree and a library qualification (or are close to completion), have cataloguing knowledge along with exceptional customer focus, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
