Subject: [rdaoceania] July RDA Steering Committee (RSC) meeting

Kia ora,

As mentioned in the previous email, the next RSC meeting will be held in July. The agenda for this meeting is not currently available, though should be up on the RSC website shortly (www.rdatoolkit.org). Discussion of the Religions Working Group paper will be included in this meeting. There is also a newly released paper from the Extent Working Group (https://www.rdatoolkit.org/sites/default/files/uploads/RSC_ExtentWG_2024_1.pdf) but this will be discussed in November to allow sufficient time for consideration.

The public session for this July meeting will be held for two hours on Tuesday 16 July 9pm-11pm CEST, which for us is on the morning of Wednesday 17 July starting at 3am AWST/5am AEST/7am NZST.

These public sessions are not recorded, but are an opportunity to see the RSC's work for yourself and to be involved in the development of RDA. Further information can be found here https://www.rdatoolkit.org/news/rsc/invitation-rscs-public-session-online-16-july-2024

If you are interested in attending the public session, please contact the RSC Secretary Anne Welsh at RSCsecretary@rdatoolkit.org who will send you the relevant information and Zoom link.
