As many of you know, the RDA Toolkit, a critical tool for resource description, is undergoing a major redesign and redevelopment, due to be released in June 2018. 

CatSIG are joining with the Australian Committee on Cataloguing (ACOC), the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) and ALA Publishing to bring you a *free* webinar to introduce the new Toolkit.

This webinar is an important opportunity to catch a glimpse of the new look Toolkit's structure and functionality. Essential for current users of RDA, and also of interest to anyone considering implementing RDA in the future.

The webinar will be presented by James Hennelly, who is the Director of the RDA Toolkit. He holds an MLIS degree from Dominican University and has spent most of his career working in both print and digital publishing. He joined the RDA Toolkit team in 2011.

Registration is essential and you can register at the link below. Please note that WebEx do not provide local call-in numbers in New Zealand. Participants should plan to connect via VOIP for the audio where possible.
