Kia ora koutou

At Lincoln University, our Library Christmas tree has finally been taken down, but I grabbed a quick snap before the demolition.

Made by Sarah Fraser and me. From >500 weeded books, standing ~175m (190 including star). 1 hour building time, 1.5 hours to dismantle (just me). Next year we want to go higher, and we will actually count the books.

Anyway because it’s so hard to get back into work in January, I wondered if anyone else wanted to procrastinate and share some pics of how their libraries (or other) celebrated the silly season? Anything and everything you wanted to share would be awesome!

Mere (belated) Kirihimete!
