In this workshop, Lorimer, Mullin, and Vermeij will introduce you to two new Library of Congress vocabularies: The Library of Congress Medium of Performance Thesaurus for Music
(LCMPT) and the music portion of the Library of Congress Genre/Form Thesaurus (LCGFT). They will give an overview of these new terms, cover best practices for their use, and provide examples of cataloging with the genre/form and medium of performance access.
