Subject: You are invited to a webinar - RDA: contributions from Oceania

Good morning from ORDAC

Oceania Resource Description and Access Committee (ORDAC) present a webinar to help empower you to shape and change Resource Description and Access (RDA) via the RDA Steering Committee (RSC).

Charlotte Christensen and Jack Ennis Butler will guide you through who the RSC are and how they are responsible for maintaining RDA. Charlotte has recently been to the Library of Congress for a face-to-face meeting with other countries who are a part of the RSC.

Have you ever thought that you would like to be part of the decision making and express your feedback or concerns with RDA? This webinar will talk you through how to be involved.

Come along to hear Charlotte and Jack talk to you about their experiences and how you can be part of RDA. We will also talk about Official RDA and where New Zealand and Australia are up to in the lead up to the May 2027 launch.
