Thanks Brian and Christine. I couldn't see for looking! Still nothing specific for dear old Boggs and Lewis but at least I have the list. We can make decisions from there.

Do you have to have something in the first indicator position and therefore, theoretically need something is subfield 2?

We use DDC but have nothing in the first indicator position - mainly because of migration. But it works without it.

The codes are in the MARC code lists for relators, sources, description conventions, and, at a quick look, there is nothing in that for Boggs & Lewis.
