"The contents of the RDA Toolkit will be completely open at no charge for everyone to try from the RDA launch date in June 2010 through August 31, 2010. The open-access period will end on August 31, 2010 regardless of the actual launch date. Specific details on how to register for the free open-access period will be announced closer to the launch date. After the open access ends, we will offer 30 day trial subscriptions to users who want to further evaluate the RDA Toolkit prior to subscribing." This was posted to RDA-L in response to a question.
