Kia ora, The RDA Steering Committee's Technical Working Group have put together a short proposal on a technical aspect of the RDA elements relating to work groups. This is a fairly new concept but the proposal is straightforward - it's about where the elements sit in the hierarchy, rather than changing the elements themselves.
