Good afternoon.

This message is being posted on nz-libs, PUBSIG, CATSIG and Te Puna-L

National Library has pleasure in providing advance notice of a series of
information seminars to let you and your library staff know more about
the ways in which you can best use the new OCLC (Online Computer Library
Center) cataloguing services available to Te Puna Libraries as a result
of the partnering agreement signed between OCLC and the National Library
of New Zealand.

The Roadshow will be presented by National Library staff, assisted by
local cataloguers who will have attended OCLC's 'Train the Trainer'
workshops in Wellington, and who have kindly agreed to provide ongoing
support for surrounding libraries after 1 July, when WorldCat becomes
available for Te Puna subscribers.

You can find out about Road Show content, locations, dates and times if you visit our website at: http://subscribers.natlib.govt.nz/news/future.htm

We will need to know numbers of expected attendees. Responses can be
sent to TePuna at natlib.govt.nz.
