The Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (CDSAI) at Victoria University of Wellington, with support from the Royal Society Te Apārangi Catalyst: Leaders Fund, is hosting a one-day workshop to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are being used to solve real-world problems.

This event will bring together researchers and industry professionals to share their work, discuss new ideas, and explore how AI can be applied across diverse fields.

The program will include:

• A keynote talk by Prof. Wolfgang Banzhaf (Michigan State University), a world expert in evolutionary AI
• Talks from leading researchers across New Zealand universities and research organisations
• Opportunities for discussion and networking to encourage collaboration and future projects
