Registration

The link to the actual registration system is at the end of this page but please read through all of the below information before registering.

Fees

The fees include coffee breaks. Satellite Event fees include lunch on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Conferences fees include lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Conference fees also include the banquet on Thursday and the proceedings (this does not apply to students).

Registration for the Satellite Events include free access to all Tutorials.

All fees are in NZD (New Zealand Dollar); GST (VAT) is included.

For your convenience, the following buttons allow the conversion of the below fees to USD and EUR according to current exchange rates.

For other currencies you may want to use a currency converter.

Conference Partner Ticket

Conference participants may register additional partners so that the latter can attend the respective session their partner is scheduled to present their work. A conference partner ticket also enables participation at the Conference Banquet on Thursday, 20 October 2011.

Cancellation

Registrations cancelled more than 45 days before the event will be subject to a NZD 120 cancellation fee.
Registrations cancelled less than 45 but more than 25 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
Registrations cancelled less than 25 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
It is possible to transfer a registration to another person.

Cancellation and transfer notifications should be sent to the General Chair and Vic Venues.

You will need to specify any ACM/IEEE or student identification numbers on Page 4) of the registration form in field "Requirements: (dietary/access)". The "First name", "Last name", and "Organisation" fields on Page 4) of the registration form will be used to print your name tag. Please feel free to use special characters. Make sure you receive a notification email after having completed the registration. Page 1) of the registration form contains a contact email address to use in case you do not receive this notification email. Both the form on the web and the notification email will quote a refund policy that is not applicable to MODELS 2011. Please consider the actual refund policy for MODELS 2011. If you are going to attend one or more Workshops, Tutorials, or Symposia, please make sure your registration includes the SatelliteEvents. If you want to attend the conference banquet although you are only registering for the satellite events, please add yourself on page 3) of the registration form. If you would like a partner to be able to attend the conference banquet, please add your partner on page 3) of the registration form. If you would like to attend the observatory reception, please tick the corresponding box on page 3) of the registration form. Only use the extra "Observatory Reception" registration category if you want to add a late registration for yourself or a partner. All dollar amounts in any confirmation information are in NZD.
