CYBR171: Getting Help and the FAQ
Topics: Forum, FAQ, Getting online help, Videos
Lab Tutors and Tutorial Sessions
Your first source for help with the course should be the tutors in your
weekly tutorial sessions. Note that these are optional and you can attend any one although people who have signed up to that session have priority. That means
you can attend more than once a week if you need the additional help.
Course Lecturers
Harith Al-Sahaf and
Lisa Patterson available to answer questions.
Outside these times please email us with
CYBR171 in the subject line. Note that we both get a lot of emails, so best to copy both of us on the mail so if one misses it, then the other can pick it up.
Discord
There is a student-run discord server. You can go there to ask questions and get help, but please do not share your answers. Details of how to join are available by reviewing Nuku announcements.
FAQ
We plan to build up a list of answers to common problems that we see repeatedly.
Video resources
- Video recordings of the lectures are available through Nuku: Use the links in the Lecture Schedule.
NOTE If you want to watch the videos on the ECS computers or University PCs, you will need to bring along your own headphones.
