The conference proceedings will be published in a CDROM/USB by IEEE at the conference with an ISBN number and will be published by IEEE Digital library (IEEE Explore) after the conference, which is typically indexed by Engineering Index (EI Compandex), ISTP (ISI Proceedings), and DBLP.

In submitting a paper, the authors warrant that should the paper be accepted, the final camera-ready version will be prepared in time for inclusion into the published proceedings and that at least one of the authors will attend the conference and present the paper. The proceedings will be published by IEEE Explore after the conference, and the committee reserves the right to withdraw any paper from the proceedings that is not presented at the conference.

For the "IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE (Journal, Magazine, Conference, Book)" item on the copyright form, please fill: "2013 28th International Conference of Image and Vision Computing New Zealand (IVCNZ 2013)". This is a requirement from IEEE.

PLEASE NOTE that your paper will not be published in IEEE Xplore without your copyright form.

F. Measures Against Plagiarism

It is the responsibility of authors to check their papers with electronic plagiarism detection software prior to final submission so as to avoid any delay in proceedings publication. A paper detected with plagiarism will be excluded from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. In addition, the authors' names could go to the black list of IEEE for detected papers with plagiarism.

PLEASE NOTE that plagiarism is unacceptable in the conference and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct and liable to litigation. This also relates to self-plagiarism too.

G. It is the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that all conditions for paper publishing are met. However, this does not guarantee that a paper will be published. IEEE reserved the rights to withdraw any paper from publishing.
